Called on a Friday hoping to get a service appointment in the next few weeks. I was pleasantly surprised that they had an opening that afternoon. Tech showed up on time and did requested inspection. As both of my doors were working, I had requested inspection and lube. They give you recommendations after inspection with no pressure to do any of them it's purely up to you if you want any additional work completed. As my doors were 15 years old, I went with roller replacement. New rollers are awesome, and the warranty is great. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Precision was great with servicing my garage door and taking care of my wiring! I recently finished my garage and installed dry wall. While doing this the wires for my garage door got damaged. I had another company come out and fix it but it did not work for very long. Seth came and rewired my garage door opener and now it is like new. Tony saved us after countless hours trying to get our door to go up and come down without going up and down without stopping. I finally had enough trying to DIY my garage door. It looks like a slope when it shuts. I called precision garage door repair and had an awesome customer service agent that got me the exact details. The scheduling was quick as well. Our technician Tony called 45 minutes prior to coming to give us a heads up and sent over a bio of himself and who he was, so that everyone in the house would know in advance who he was. As for fixing the garage it was awesome to have multiple offers on display to guide us in the best route financially. Of course the lifetime warranty is a no brainer. Tony was extremely quick and overall an awesome guy. If we ever have any future upgrades, Tony is our guy, and next time we will have a gift card to his favorite burger spot. From the person who answered the phone on a Saturday to Seth Pierce, the technician who came out the following Tuesday, everyone displayed excellent customer service! Seth did an extremely thorough job of assessing the overhead garage door that required repair, as well as reviewing the second garage door, to which we added a bottom gasket. I chose the third option presented that also provided an unlimited warranty on the overhead garage door that had totally failed. The work was performed in an extremely workmanlike manner, and Seth walked me through all the new parts and the operation of the door post-repair. Excellent service. I would highly recommend!
