Blaine was an awesome communicator, worked quickly, and made sure that I understood what he was doing and why he was doing it. He offered options and explained the differences between them. I will 100% call again if I have issues, and would happily recommend Precision Garage Door Service to my friends and family.

Great website, fast response, good service. I tried two other garage door businesses. First try, I set up an appointment a week and a half in advance and the technician never showed. Second company I got no response to a request for service on their website. Choose these guys and save yourself the frustration.

On the day of service, I really appreciated that Blaine reached out to me to give me a more accurate time of arrival because this helped me plan my day more efficiently. Upon arrival, he was very friendly and polite. He was thorough with his inspection of our garage door and opener. He was also very thorough with his explanation of the problem. He provided multiple options on how to proceed but was not pushy at all. Blaine and Precision will be my first call when the next repair is needed!

Technician was very courteous and explained everything to us. He completed the work on our garage door in a little under two hours and, save for the original motor, is essentially brand new. The cost, however, stunned us, I know we have gone through inflation but the cost of the repair with warranty was about four times what it was to have a similar repair about 6 years ago. We had to get the door repaired and did not have time to comparison shop. So, we are happy with the work, but have a sour taste in our mouths about what appeared to be an exorbitant cost.

Executed the work without confusion and got it right the first time. The door is now working perfectly. He's a fine representative for your company.
