I was one of the earlier customers when Precision entered the market this year. I wasn't totally sure what to expect, but the communication leading up to the appointment, technician, and service were all top of the line! I had a few problems with my motor and track, but what prompted my call was a popping sound coming from two of the door panels/hinges. Our technician, Seth, was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. He fixed the popping noise, inspected other door elements, and replaced the motor with a much quieter, updated model. He gave me three pricing options up front and I didn't feel any pressure to choose an option at a higher price point. I purposely waited a few months to submit this review, and I have had no issues whatsoever with the garage system since our service date. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage repairs!

Very responsive to my call and scheduled my service appointment same day . Justin and team member provider thorough analysis of the problem and presented varying options to remedy . Called on a Friday hoping to get a service appointment in the next few weeks. I was pleasantly surprised that they had an opening that afternoon. Tech showed up on time and did requested inspection. As both of my doors were working, I had requested inspection and lube. They give you recommendations after inspection with no pressure to do any of them it's purely up to you if you want any additional work completed. As my doors were 15 years old, I went with roller replacement. New rollers are awesome, and the warranty is great. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

From the person who answered the phone on a Saturday to Seth Pierce, the technician who came out the following Tuesday, everyone displayed excellent customer service! Seth did an extremely thorough job of assessing the overhead garage door that required repair, as well as reviewing the second garage door, to which we added a bottom gasket. I chose the third option presented that also provided an unlimited warranty on the overhead garage door that had totally failed.
