From the person who answered the phone on a Saturday to Seth Pierce, the technician who came out the following Tuesday, everyone displayed excellent customer service! Seth did an extremely thorough job of assessing the overhead garage door that required repair, as well as reviewing the second garage door, to which we added a bottom gasket. I chose the third option presented that also provided an unlimited warranty on the overhead garage door that had totally failed. The work was performed in an extremely workmanlike manner, and Seth walked me through all the new parts and the operation of the door post-repair. Excellent service. I would highly recommend! Called on a Friday hoping to get a service appointment in the next few weeks. I was pleasantly surprised that they had an opening that afternoon. Tech showed up on time and did requested inspection. As both of my doors were working, I had requested inspection and lube. They give you recommendations after inspection with no pressure to do any of them it's purely up to you if you want any additional work completed. As my doors were 15 years old, I went with roller replacement. New rollers are awesome, and the warranty is great. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.
