Working with Precision was most likely the easiest, friendliest, and best service of any kind we've had this year. A technician was available right away, even though our issue was not urgent. Our service window started at 8 a.m., and Seth called shortly after 8 to give us a more precise arrival time, less than 30 minutes later. He did our tune-up and repair promptly and seemed very knowledgeable about our equipment (even though they were not the ones who originally sold or installed what we have). He also gave us helpful information about maintaining the door and what to watch out for as signs that anything was nearing the time of further maintenance, but he did not try to "sell" us anything beyond what we'd requested. I would definitely recommend Precision for its excellent service.

The office was very responsive when I call and had a tec scheduled the next day to check out our broken spring. Ryan arrived around 5pm on a Friday of a 3-day holiday weekend. He was able to put a patch on the spring to get us through the weekend and said he’d be back Tuesday morning to fix the spring. He arrived around 9am Tuesday and replaced the old springs with higher quality ones and some other parts with heavier duty pieces. Ryan did a great a fantastic job and I learned a lot about my garage door. He had it all completed before lunch. The garage door now runs much smoother than it has in a long time.
