I finally had enough trying to DIY my garage door. It looks like a slope when it shuts. I called precision garage door repair and had an awesome customer service agent that got me the exact details. The scheduling was quick as well. Our technician Tony called 45 minutes prior to coming to give us a heads up and sent over a bio of himself and who he was, so that everyone in the house would know in advance who he was. As for fixing the garage it was awesome to have multiple offers on display to guide us in the best route financially. Of course the lifetime warranty is a no brainer. Tony was extremely quick and overall an awesome guy. If we ever have any future upgrades, Tony is our guy, and next time we will have a gift card to his favorite burger spot. Thankyou so much for helping us.

From the person who answered the phone on a Saturday to Seth Pierce, the technician who came out the following Tuesday, everyone displayed excellent customer service! Seth did an extremely thorough job of assessing the overhead garage door that required repair, as well as reviewing the second garage door, to which we added a bottom gasket. I chose the third option presented that also provided an unlimited warranty on the overhead garage door that had totally failed. The work was performed in an extremely workmanlike manner, and Seth walked me through all the new parts and the operation of the door post-repair. Excellent service. I would highly recommend! Justin thoroughly diagnosed and explained the issues with my door opener. He clearly presented all of my options for repair. He worked very hard in unbearably hot weather to make the repairs I selected from the options he presented. I highly recommend Precision and Justin to anyone who needs their services.
