Many things amiss with my garage door and opener. Old system! Tony Sweet was a great fixer. He worked out 4 proposals for me all the way from a minimum to get my main door to open and shut all the way up to a complete replacement of both garage doors with entirely new systems! I appreciate that thoroughness. Due to my budgetary constraints right now I went with the 2nd system he mapped out and will, I'm sure, go for the complete replacement when possible sometime in the future. Precision is a great company that has care for the customer at the forefront! Many thanks.

When the cable broke on my garage door, I called Precision. They were very courteous over the phone, and sent Justin out that very same day. Justin thoroughly diagnosed and explained the issues with my door opener. He clearly presented all of my options for repair.
