Seth was fantastic. He exceeded my expectations, solved my problem, and was courteous and professional. It was very easy to schedule the appointment. Seth even called to ask if it would be possible to arrive early which worked out great. Very fair hourly rate, every detail was discussed before work started. I would highly recommend both Precision and Seth. I will definitely use them again for any garage door issues. Thanks Seth!!

The pulley and spring on one side of my garage door let loose, making the door inoperable. I called Precision at about 1:00 p.m., and a technician was at my house around 4:00 p.m. that afternoon. I have never had another repair service respond that quickly! Dawson was excellent, very personable and knowledgeable. He explained various repair options, including pricing for each, and went right to work when I chose the one that sounded best to me. Repairs took a little over an hour, and my garage door now operates more smoothly and quietly than it ever has! I couldn't be more pleased.
