Had some issues with price quoting over the phone versus in person, but on the plus side they held to the phone rep's price; however, getting to this required me to call after waiting a week for their promised callback. Be aware that they have a system that provides multiple quotes onsite featuring additional work upsells, which feels like a disgusting high pressure tactic when called for a simple fix. The work got done and lasted two weeks before issues cropped up and I noticed some install errors, including splitting a stud by screwing too close to the edge and not pre-drilling. We were also left with scraps (track, screws) in our garage to dispose of. We had a very nice and friendly technician, but we won't be using them again or recommending to others.
