He worked out 4 proposals for me all the way from a minimum to get my main door to open and shut all the way up to a complete replacement of both garage doors with entirely new systems! Seth was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable during the whole experience. They had great communication practices during the entire experience, and were able to reschedule our appointment quickly after we had a family emergency. He gave us a fair price for the amount of work he put in and went out of his way to try and find a solution to our second door problem and conveyed a clear game plan as to what would happen next. Had some issues with price quoting over the phone versus in person, but on the plus side they held to the phone rep's price; however, getting to this required me to call after waiting a week for their promised callback. Be aware that they have a system that provides multiple quotes onsite featuring additional work upsells, which feels like a disgusting high pressure tactic when called for a simple fix. The work got done and lasted two weeks before issues cropped up and I noticed some install errors, including splitting a stud by screwing too close to the edge and not pre-drilling. We were also left with scraps (track, screws) in our garage to dispose of. We had a very nice and friendly technician, but we won't be using them again or recommending to others.
