IAN was super nice , gave us different Options to the repair of our garage door. He was done with the repair in a timely fashion. We called them and Ian came out that same day ,we didn't have to wait a week. I will recommend precision garage door people if anyone should ask.

Seth was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable during the whole experience. They had great communication practices during the entire experience, and were able to reschedule our appointment quickly after we had a family emergency. He gave us a fair price for the amount of work he put in and went out of his way to try and find a solution to our second door problem and conveyed a clear game plan as to what would happen next. It was nice having a company come out that looked professional and was equiped to do what was needed on the spot. Had some issues with price quoting over the phone versus in person, but on the plus side they held to the phone rep's price; however, getting to this required me to call after waiting a week for their promised callback. Be aware that they have a system that provides multiple quotes onsite featuring additional work upsells, which feels like a disgusting high pressure tactic when called for a simple fix. The work got done and lasted two weeks before issues cropped up and I noticed some install errors, including splitting a stud by screwing too close to the edge and not pre-drilling. We were also left with scraps (track, screws) in our garage to dispose of. We had a very nice and friendly technician, but we won't be using them again or recommending to others.

Precision was great with servicing my garage door and taking care of my wiring! I recently finished my garage and installed dry wall. While doing this the wires for my garage door got damaged. I had another company come out and fix it but it did not work for very long. Seth came and rewired my garage door opener and now it is like new. Tony was excellent. He was on time, he was efficient, knowledgeable and explained what was to be done. My only complaint is that I believe I was sold items that I did not actually need and wasn’t aware were being replaced. I most definitely did not need a “fancy” door opener with WiFi, battery back up and surge protector. I was not given an option for something simpler and less expensive. It was way more than I could afford but didn’t realize I might have options that were less expensive. My fault for not asking.

When the cable broke on my garage door, I called Precision. They were very courteous over the phone, and sent Justin out that very same day.
