Ian assessed my garage door repairs providing me with 3 estimates. Two pulleys were dislodged with bent brackets preventing the door from working properly. I chose to do minimum repairs just to get the door working again. He provided suggestions that helped to make the door work more smoothly and safely, like providing a safety cable. He also sealed the perimeter with weatherstripping, which will make a big difference in not allowing warm air to escape from the garage. I am very satisfied with the service Ian provided and am grateful he came on a snowy day! Thank you!

I called Precision Garage Door Service as I bumped my garage door when I tried to leave the garage this morning. Seth was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable during the whole experience. They had great communication practices during the entire experience, and were able to reschedule our appointment quickly after we had a family emergency. I was one of the earlier customers when Precision entered the market this year. I wasn't totally sure what to expect, but the communication leading up to the appointment, technician, and service were all top of the line! I had a few problems with my motor and track, but what prompted my call was a popping sound coming from two of the door panels/hinges. Our technician, Seth, was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. He fixed the popping noise, inspected other door elements, and replaced the motor with a much quieter, updated model. He gave me three pricing options up front and I didn't feel any pressure to choose an option at a higher price point. I purposely waited a few months to submit this review, and I have had no issues whatsoever with the garage system since our service date. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage repairs!
