Ian was prompt to arrive on time. He checked the problem with the garage door, assessed the repairs and then discussed them with me. He gave me a description of the work to be done and the cost. I then gave him permission to go ahead and service my door. He was skilled and proficient in fixing my door. Upon completion he explained exactly what he did. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

When activated, my garage door only went up 1/2 way. Jaden arrived when he said he would and literally got things back on track! As always, he was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He never fails to double checks to be sure there are no questions or concerns before leaving. He is a huge asset to Precision Doors!!
