I called Precision Garage Door Service as I bumped my garage door when I tried to leave the garage this morning. The person answering my call was very professional and said someone would be out between 10-4 today. Not long after I received a call from Ian who said he would be here between 10am and Noon. Already I considered that call very helpful and professional. And he called when he was leaving to come here with the timing of his arrival. He was very professional and was able to get the problem fixed. He also assessed the door carefully and gave me some recommendations of things that could be done to make it more secure. I appreciated his punctuality, and professionalism. Definitely 5 star service!

IAN was super nice , gave us different Options to the repair of our garage door. He was done with the repair in a timely fashion. We called them and Ian came out that same day ,we didn't have to wait a week. I will recommend precision garage door people if anyone should ask.

Seth was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable during the whole experience. They had great communication practices during the entire experience, and were able to reschedule our appointment quickly after we had a family emergency. He gave us a fair price for the amount of work he put in and went out of his way to try and find a solution to our second door problem and conveyed a clear game plan as to what would happen next. The whole process was efficient, and the build time was very quick. For the removal and install, Jayden called en route, was on time, as scheduled—and made quick work of the old door removal and install of the new ones. The new doors look great! Very pleased!

I was one of the earlier customers when Precision entered the market this year. I wasn't totally sure what to expect, but the communication leading up to the appointment, technician, and service were all top of the line! I had a few problems with my motor and track, but what prompted my call was a popping sound coming from two of the door panels/hinges. Our technician, Seth, was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. He fixed the popping noise, inspected other door elements, and replaced the motor with a much quieter, updated model. He gave me three pricing options up front and I didn't feel any pressure to choose an option at a higher price point. I purposely waited a few months to submit this review, and I have had no issues whatsoever with the garage system since our service date. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage repairs!
