Working with Precision was most likely the easiest, friendliest, and best service of any kind we've had this year. A technician was available right away, even though our issue was not urgent. Our service window started at 8 a.m., and Seth called shortly after 8 to give us a more precise arrival time, less than 30 minutes later. He did our tune-up and repair promptly and seemed very knowledgeable about our equipment (even though they were not the ones who originally sold or installed what we have). He also gave us helpful information about maintaining the door and what to watch out for as signs that anything was nearing the time of further maintenance, but he did not try to "sell" us anything beyond what we'd requested. I would definitely recommend Precision for its excellent service.

Our garage door unexpectedly died on Saturday in the late afternoon (one of the springs snapped). Blaine was out first thing Monday morning and had pretty much completely rebuilt the door (new springs, rollers, bearings, cables, and wheels) by noon. The price was less than expected, and the service was quick and efficient. Complete recommend.

Employee: Ian Bryer Arrived late in the day after a three hour job on a Friday afternoon. Worked unhurried with a friendly manner. Very competent. Gave me three options. Executed the work without confusion and got it right the first time. The door is now working perfectly. He's a fine representative for your company. Appreciatively, I will definitely call Precision first should I need help in the future.

I had the best service that I have ever experienced hiring someone to perform work on my home. Precision Garage Door Service was quick (same day service) to respond to my dilemma. Jayden and Ryan couldn't have been nicer and patient with my many questions and concerns. They arrived on time, ready to work, courteous and so nice throughout the whole project. Jayden went through possible options to fix the problem and worked with my selection. (Precision Garage Door has fair pricing). Jayden and Ryan were quick and communicated not only with each other but with me as well. They were thorough and their workmanship reliable. They even made sure everything was in order before they left. If I could I would give 10 stars!!!

I called for a squeaky door problem. Ian was sent out same day and he repaired same day. After diagnosing the problem he gave me 4 quotes in different price ranges, which I appreciated. I chose one with a 7 yr warranty which involved replacing subpar parts with better quality ones. He explained the process every step of the way and was very professional and respectful. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Thought I had a good service call Thursday with Blaine. He identified some issues to be fixed once the price was confirmed later that evening or next day Friday. Nothing Friday. Nothing Monday. It’s mid-day Tuesday and again no call, no pricing, no show. Makes me wonder if this company is legit? I’ll be looking elsewhere for garage services.

He was the consummate professional, he arrived when he said he would, he assessed our needs and provided options. When it came time to have the work done, Seth and his co-worker were just as great. From my first contact to finished job. Everyone that I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. When I first requested a quote on line and put in when I wanted them to come I was contacted within minutes and the technician was here within the time frame that they quoted. Replacement garage door was done very quickly and the technicians left the job site clean no parts old or new left on the floor oof my garage. Would recommend this outfit to anyone.

I was very pleased that they came out the next day and completely upgraded my garage doors with superior parts and noticeable noise reduction from the builders grade components originally installed. I was use Precision Garage Door in the future and highly recommend them.

Door component (pulley) failed on Sunday night. I decided it was something i was not comfortable trying to repair myself. I called Precision Door at 8:00 am on Monday morning and their serviceman, Blaine, pulled into my driveway at 9:30 am! Blaine was great! We discussed the issues with the 27 year old door and door hardware and he offered various alternatives with pricing for each. I watched most of the work so I could understand how the door mechanisms work. Blaine was very friendly and informative during the whole process and really knows his stuff. He was there for about 3 hours and replaced the extension springs, cables, pulleys, and door rollers. I am very happy with the outcome!

I had just seen the advertisement on the morning channel 6 news this morning. I wrote it down and went on line to schedule a service call. The repair person was at our house at 4:30 today and fixed the problem. He was courteous, professional and we were very happy with him. He replaced cables on one side, oiled areas that needed it and fixed out door openers. They haven't worked correctly for some done. We are happy to have them working again.
