Ian did a superb job, worked quickly, was very helpful providing me with options and he combined the previous motor with new rails, made operational adjustments and left a clean working area. I really liked the phone message with is biography...personalizing your employees is an awesome idea and I got to see photos of his daughters! If e very company was this friendly and responsive, the "economy" would really take off...gotta love Mainers!

Had some issues with price quoting over the phone versus in person, but on the plus side they held to the phone rep's price; however, getting to this required me to call after waiting a week for their promised callback. Be aware that they have a system that provides multiple quotes onsite featuring additional work upsells, which feels like a disgusting high pressure tactic when called for a simple fix. The work got done and lasted two weeks before issues cropped up and I noticed some install errors, including splitting a stud by screwing too close to the edge and not pre-drilling. We were also left with scraps (track, screws) in our garage to dispose of. We had a very nice and friendly technician, but we won't be using them again or recommending to others.

Technician was very courteous and explained everything to us. He completed the work on our garage door in a little under two hours and, save for the original motor, is essentially brand new. The cost, however, stunned us, I know we have gone through inflation but the cost of the repair with warranty was about four times what it was to have a similar repair about 6 years ago. We had to get the door repaired and did not have time to comparison shop. So, we are happy with the work, but have a sour taste in our mouths about what appeared to be an exorbitant cost.

I was one of the earlier customers when Precision entered the market this year. I wasn't totally sure what to expect, but the communication leading up to the appointment, technician, and service were all top of the line! I had a few problems with my motor and track, but what prompted my call was a popping sound coming from two of the door panels/hinges. Our technician, Seth, was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. He fixed the popping noise, inspected other door elements, and replaced the motor with a much quieter, updated model. He gave me three pricing options up front and I didn't feel any pressure to choose an option at a higher price point. I purposely waited a few months to submit this review, and I have had no issues whatsoever with the garage system since our service date. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage repairs!

Called on a Friday hoping to get a service appointment in the next few weeks. I was pleasantly surprised that they had an opening that afternoon. Tech showed up on time and did requested inspection. As both of my doors were working, I had requested inspection and lube. They give you recommendations after inspection with no pressure to do any of them it's purely up to you if you want any additional work completed. As my doors were 15 years old, I went with roller replacement. New rollers are awesome, and the warranty is great. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Precision was great with servicing my garage door and taking care of my wiring! I recently finished my garage and installed dry wall. While doing this the wires for my garage door got damaged. I had another company come out and fix it but it did not work for very long. Seth came and rewired my garage door opener and now it is like new. Tony saved us after countless hours trying to get our door to go up and come down without going up and down without stopping.
