Meet and exceeded expectations and the technician, Tony Sweet, was awesome! He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me multiple options to fix the problem and suggested I also replace parts the would need to be done in the future. The reason I called you was that my former garage door company basically ghosted me, just never called back. So the quick response and diagnosis is why i will call again! Thank You Steve M

When the cable broke on my garage door, I called Precision. They were very courteous over the phone, and sent Justin out that very same day. Justin thoroughly diagnosed and explained the issues with my door opener. He clearly presented all of my options for repair. He worked very hard in unbearably hot weather to make the repairs I selected from the options he presented. I highly recommend Precision and Justin to anyone who needs their services.
