Justin and Jayden arrived the next day after I made my app't. They throughly explained my garage door's positives and negatives. They left it up to me as to what repairs I wanted done. They quickly did the repairs and went over everything again with me. They were very professional, from the first call, to say they were on their way and until they left, after a job well done. When the cable broke on my garage door, I called Precision. They were very courteous over the phone, and sent Justin out that very same day. Justin thoroughly diagnosed and explained the issues with my door opener. He clearly presented all of my options for repair.
