“I wanted to give a shout out to your team for a job well done. The installation of my two new insulated garage doors was done quickly and with great attention to detail. I wanted to thank Jayden especially for his polite and professional service during the install. He even noticed a small dent in one of the panels and immediately informed me that they would be replacing that panel. His co-workers that day were Dawson and Ryan. I also wanted to thank them as well for a job well done. Jayden even called me the next day to tell me that the new panel was available and he would be right out to swap it in. I am very pleased with the service your team has provided and would recommend your company and team for any garage door repairs and replacement.”

“The spring broke on my very old garage door in my car was stuck on the inside. I called precision spoke with Jen, and she was very pleasant and said somebody would be able to come the very next day. Seth came and assess my situation. He sent me a couple of estimates the next day, and I chose a torsion system and he was here the next day to install it. He was so pleasant and the young man with him was also very personable. I was worried they wouldn’t be able to fix it without me spending thousands of dollars so I was very pleased with the service that I got I would recommend them to anyone for fast and efficient service. “Working with Precision was most likely the easiest, friendliest, and best service of any kind we’ve had this year. A technician was available right away, even though our issue was not urgent. Our service window started at 8 a.m., and Seth called shortly after 8 to give us a more precise arrival time, less than 30 minutes later. He did our tune-up and repair promptly and seemed very knowledgeable about our equipment (even though they were not the ones who originally sold or installed what we have). He also gave us helpful information about maintaining the door and what to watch out for as signs that anything was nearing the time of further maintenance, but he did not try to “sell” us anything beyond what we’d requested. I would definitely recommend Precision for its excellent service.”

“Our garage door unexpectedly died on Saturday in the late afternoon (one of the springs snapped). Blaine was out first thing Monday morning and had pretty much completely rebuilt the door (new springs, rollers, bearings, cables, and wheels) by noon. The price was less than expected, and the service was quick and efficient.
