“Working with Precision was most likely the easiest, friendliest, and best service of any kind we’ve had this year. A technician was available right away, even though our issue was not urgent. Our service window started at 8 a.m., and Seth called shortly after 8 to give us a more precise arrival time, less than 30 minutes later. He did our tune-up and repair promptly and seemed very knowledgeable about our equipment (even though they were not the ones who originally sold or installed what we have). He also gave us helpful information about maintaining the door and what to watch out for as signs that anything was nearing the time of further maintenance, but he did not try to “sell” us anything beyond what we’d requested.
